The Bible
We believe the whole Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, is the verbally inspired Word of God. The Scriptures are inerrant, infallible, and God-breathed, and therefore are the final authority for faith and life.

2 Timothy 3:16 "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:"

The True God
We believe in one Triune God, eternally existing in three persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) each co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, co-equal in power and glory, and having the same attributes and perfections.

1 John 5:7 “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.”

The Person and Work of Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ was born of Mary the virgin and is the Son of God Who became man without ceasing to be God. We believe He died for our sins on the cross, that He rose from the dead, and is the mediator and intercessor between God and man.

Romans 8:34 “Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.”

Salvation
We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, Whose precious blood was shed on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins.

Ephesians 2:8-9 “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast.”

Baptism
We believe that baptism is the immersion in water of a believer in the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and that it is a picture of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection.

Romans 6:4-5 "Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:"

Eternal Security
We believe that all the redeemed, once saved, are kept by God's power and are thus secure in Christ forever. Eternal security is a work of God which insures that the gift of salvation, once received, cannot be lost.

2 Timothy 1:12 “I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.”

The Mission of the Church
We believe a church is a body of baptized believers whose mission is to preach and teach the Gospel of salvation.

Acts 1:8 “But ye shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you, and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”
